Return Policy

If you order something and you don't like it for ANY reason, you may ship it back for an exchange or refund (as long as you haven't worn it ). Usually, shipping charges aren't refunded in this case.

To make a return, please send an e-mail to returns@forspecialmoments.com and include your order number. Please let us know whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Refunds will be credited back to your credit card once the returned item has been received in new condition. Exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the item being exchanged. You will be responsible for return postage and for insuring your package to guard against loss or damage.

Due to Health Regulations, we cannot accept lingerie that has been worn. Please remember to wear a liner when trying on an outfit that has a panty bottom. We believe that most people are honest and will take the time to try on lingerie carefully, and we thank all of our customers for being so kind. If items returned have obviously been abused we reserve the right to adjust the amount to be refunded accordingly. We may give a partial refund, or send the garments back to you. Please include any original hangers, garment bags, or other packaging with all returns
